By accessing or using Neomy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neomy is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps founders and businesses create marketing campaigns. The Service generates content using artificial intelligence, provides publishing tools for social media platforms, and offers analytics features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Neomy is created using AI models. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content
• You are solely responsible for content you choose to publish
• Generated content may be similar to content generated for other users

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your product information, brand assets, and any original content you provide. Content generated by the AI using your inputs is yours to use as you see fit, including for commercial purposes.

6. Platform Connections

When you connect third-party platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn), you authorize Neomy to publish content on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through Settings. You remain bound by each platform's own terms of service.

7. API Keys

If you provide your own API keys for third-party services (Bring Your Own Key model), you are responsible for any costs incurred through those services. We encrypt and store your keys securely but are not liable for charges on your third-party accounts.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Polar). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Neomy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@neomy.co. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
